Mission objectives

• Transfer and implementation of machining (process) lines
• Update the site plans and monitor the unloading and implementation of resources and activities related to safety and energy needs studies.
• Standardization of layout plans and representation of energy inputs and outputs in AutoCAD
• Managing the handover of the construction site
• Reassembly of site plans with insertion points
• Monitor industrialization matters
• Drafting case follow-up reports
• Ensure operational communication with clients and suppliers (Project Review, Weekly Progress Meetings)
• Archiving and capitalizing on the lessons learned from business
• Create workload processing schedules based on revenue estimates
• Participate in the study of the implementation of assembly and machining production lines
