Project Manager
Main tasks:
- To manage the execution of projects in the sector of activity from their negotiation phase to final delivery to clients.
- Ensure the project is completed according to best practices and in compliance with the execution plan, while adhering to the client's specifications.
Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :
- Take charge of the company's project
- Collect and process basic technical data to establish or possibly supplement the project's technical specifications.
- Participate in preliminary negotiations with the project owner, the project manager, and all organizations involved in the project in one capacity or another.
- Analyze, in collaboration with the relevant technical departments within the company, the technical clauses of the draft contract and make any necessary corrections.
- To give one's opinion on the administrative and financial clauses, particularly regarding costs and unit prices
- Plan the different phases of project implementation, taking into account site constraints, contractual deadlines, resource availability, etc.
- To schedule and coordinate the interventions of the various company structures associated with the execution of the project
- Ensure the project is installed and an organization is put in place.
- Ensure the availability of all project needs: personnel, equipment, materials, etc.
- Oversee the subscription and management of the insurance contract against risks
- To manage the material, human and financial resources of the project
- Ensure approval of the project plans and schedules
- Coordinate, monitor and control the interventions of external organizations
- Coordinate activities with the various supervisors (project owner, project manager or others)
- Ensure that the work complies with standards, plans, deadlines and planned costs.
- Managing all site constraints, including industrial safety and environmental protection constraints
- Manage the human and material resources at its disposal
- To arbitrate any disputes that may arise during the implementation process
- Schedule and coordinate functional and performance tests as well as start-up

- Monitor and review the progress of the work and forward it to the Procurement Department.
- To ensure the project is closed under the best conditions by managing the operations related to the financial liquidation of the works contract and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Perform any task requested by management with reference to the activity in terms of QHSE

Professional training: Specific training and implementation, project planning and management, financial management.
Professional experience: 15 years.
