Ensure the consistency of projects with strategic objectives and maintain the involvement of the structures
Ensure the identification and implementation of project portfolios
Contribute to the development of project schedules
Oversee the design and execution of projects
Manage, lead, motivate and support the project teams
Ensure that debugging tests are carried out in collaboration with the business units during installation/implementation
Keeping up to date with best practices in one's field
Development and validation of the technical specifications document
Ensure the development and implementation of the action plan
Define the tasks, activities and responsibilities of each member of the project team, as well as the sharing of information, knowledge and experience;
Plan, manage and monitor various projects and verify progress by referring to milestones and setting deadlines
Manage human, material and financial resources effectively
Identify and manage the risks of assigned projects
Evaluate and develop employees working on projects
Ensure the project is completed within the predetermined timeframe
Develop the plan for the organization or the projects he/she manages
Identify, manage and monitor the performance indicators of each project
Ensure the project is delivered to the relevant organization.
Prepare the budget for the assigned projects
Please prioritize decisions based on the issues at stake.
Keeping up to date with best practices in one's field
Develop and produce reporting dashboards contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the overall action plan (business plan, action plans)
Please respect the contractual clauses of the management
Participate in the proper functioning of the QMS according to ISO standards
Verify the quality of others' work and ensure consistency in the application of standards of excellence.

University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Management Sciences, Business Sciences, Law, Economic Sciences, Financial Sciences and Accounting
Nine (09) in the field of project management, including five (05) in team management
