Job description:

• The Project Manager plays a key role in managing and optimizing Yassir Market's operations. Reporting to the department head, they ensure the efficient management of orders, monitor partner stores, and coordinate across the Marketing, Sales, Yassir Express, and other relevant departments. The primary objective is to guarantee smooth operations, identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Main tasks:

• Order management and tracking via the Yassir Market application.
• Regular contact with partner stores and organization of field visits.
• Cross-functional collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, Yassir Express and other departments to ensure the harmonization of processes.
• Analysis of anomalies, delays and bottlenecks in the operational process.
• Proposal and implementation of optimizations to improve the performance of Yassir Market.
• Participation in the definition and monitoring of operational performance indicators.

Desired profile:

• Significant experience in e-commerce, operational project management or online grocery.
• Higher education, ideally in operations research, logistics or project management.
• Personal qualities: proactivity, organizational skills, collaborative spirit, rigor and seriousness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in office software and ability to analyze operational data.
