We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and client expectations.

Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will oversee cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple initiatives in digital transformation and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselines.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management areas in alignment with PMI standards.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule using appropriate tools, managing dependencies and critical paths.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and reporting variances.
• Establish and monitor quality standards to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and assess project risks and issues, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.
• Manage stakeholder engagement through effective communication plans, expectation management, and regular updates.
• Ensure vendor and contract management activities are properly executed in coordination with procurement and legal teams.
• Conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and performance reporting to provide visibility on progress, risks, and decisions required.
• Support change control management, ensuring any change in scope, schedule, or budget is properly documented and approved through PMO processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among technical, business, and client teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide Project Officers and Coordinators, fostering professional growth and strengthening PMO delivery capability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned, updating PMO templates, and enhancing methodology maturity.
