Achieving the project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality
Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law
Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities
Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule
Acquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of work
Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base
Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks
Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget
Managing project invoicing and cash flow
Identifying and managing changes during project execution
Approving final project deliverables
Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
Administering the contract and closing the project
Ensuring completeness of project documentation

Education - Bachelors Degree - preferred fields include, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic EngineeringCapabilities - Excellent verbal and written English skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite products; highly proficient in working in digital document environments; highly proficient keyboard skills with low error rate; experience in a professional office environment; highly proficient in proof-reading and editing.
