- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience in a similar industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Trello, for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, showcasing adaptability to various project management frameworks and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complexities and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals while fostering a collaborative culture.
- High emotional intelligence, enabling effective management of team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
