Project Manager Virtual Key FZE

We are looking for a result-driven Project Manager with strong experience in the UAE fit-out industry to lead high-value residential and/or commercial projects.

The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience in managing projects end-to-end — right from inception, client briefing, and planning through to execution, handover, and final delivery, ensuring projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Ownership

• Manage projects from inception to execution and final handover

• Understand client requirements, project scope, and design intent

• Develop execution strategies aligned with timelines and budgets

• Ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, and site teams

2. Planning & Execution

• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

• Monitor day-to-day site activities and progress

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

• Proactively identify and resolve site and execution challenges

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients

• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates

• Manage client expectations, variations, and escalations

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

4. Cost & Budget Control

• Manage project budgets, BOQs, and cost tracking

• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost optimization

• Handle variations, change orders, and claims efficiently

• Ensure minimal wastage and optimal resource utilization

5. Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

• Coordinate with procurement for timely material sourcing

• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality standards

• Ensure proper manpower planning and productivity on site

6. Quality, Compliance & Approvals

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks

• Manage authority approvals (DM, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defense, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols

7. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Handle delays, design changes, and unforeseen challenges proactively

• Ensure minimal disruption to project timelines and delivery
