1. Project Delivery & Planning

Own the full project lifecycle for GRC, Security Assurance, and SOC engagements from kick-off to closure.

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.

Coordinate with technical consultants, analysts, and architects to align deliverables with client expectations.

Monitor project progress and proactively resolve blockers, scope creep, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Client Management

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams throughout project engagements.

Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

3. Risk & Quality Management

Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues with appropriate mitigation plans.

Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and client-specific requirements.

Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and financial performance to leadership.

Manage project documentation, including statements of work, project charters, RAID logs, and closure reports.

Support resource allocation and forecasting across concurrent service engagements.

1. Education & Certifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is required.

Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CompTIA Security+) are a strong plus.

2. Experience

3 6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a cybersecurity or IT services environment.

Demonstrated experience managing GRC programs, security audits/assessments, or SOC implementation projects.

Proven track record of delivering client-facing projects in a professional services or consulting setting.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

3. Technical & Domain Knowledge

Working knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, NCA ECC).

Familiarity with SOC operations, SIEM tools, and security assurance methodologies.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).

4. Soft Skills

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining collaboration across teams.
