Project Manager

As a MOEX Project Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring construction sites with a focus on autonomy and efficiency. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• To liaise with the client and be able to translate their request technically,
• Represent the company and be the primary point of contact for the client (real estate, operations), the architect, and the contractors throughout all projects.
• Transcribe the organization of the participants,
• To plan and monitor the execution studies, the choice of materials and equipment, and the proper transmission of documents to all stakeholders,
• To process visas and ensure the distribution of plans,
• Manage the necessary internal technical resources according to the needs during the construction phase.
• Facilitate weekly site meetings and ensure the drafting of minutes,
• Define the detailed work schedule and ensure progress is tracked against it, as well as implement corrective measures in case of suspected or confirmed delays.
• To schedule, coordinate and manage all work on the construction site with a constant focus on respecting commitments made,
• Organize the development of relationships between companies (maintaining the link between companies throughout the project),
• Monitor the progress of site organization services,
• To ensure compliance with market commitments, deadlines (schedules) and applicable standards,
• Summon site managers as needed to address general site organization issues, including cleanliness, the use of shared resources, and safety.
• Keep up-to-date records of weather conditions and staffing levels,
• Organize the reception of materials between different trades,
• To report any observed defects, discrepancies with contractual documents and plans,
• Centralize the questions and roadblocks from companies, organize the resolution of problems by submitting them to designers if necessary,
• Coordinate customer deliveries and the resolution of outstanding issues.
• Participate in the management of the pro rata account where applicable.
• Monitor the budget for operations (modifications or additional work, assistance to the project owner for cost negotiation),
• Organize and manage the delivery of operations.
