We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a crucial role in leading project teams, coordinating resources, and communicating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Lead project meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring all team members are aligned on goals and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

• Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools).

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
