Job Description
Reporting to the Safran+ Manager, you will ensure the effectiveness of the action plans in which you participate. The expected performance gains apply to quality, on-time delivery, lead time, 5S, inventory and deviation reduction, as well as the improvement of working conditions for teams (ergonomics, workstation organization, etc.) and safety.
The main challenges of your mission will be:
Innovating and proposing new ideas and solutions to implement
; Leading concrete actions to improve manufacturing processes, tools, and workstations on the shop floor;
Conducting 5S projects
; Proposing and designing prototypes to improve working conditions.
Study and validate unit production times for products.
Participate in improvement projects to support manufacturing lines.
Actively participate in the facilitation and implementation of Innovation & Go initiatives.
Job Requirements
: Minimum education level: Master's degree (Bac +5).
Minimum experience: 2-5 years.
Technical knowledge of the company's products.
Proficiency in Six Sigma/Lean tools.
Good understanding of matrix organizations.
Prototype development.
Leadership, cross-functional facilitation skills, and change management abilities.
Multidisciplinary, with a thorough understanding of the specificities of each position.
