As part of the development of our Quality activities and the maturation of our projects in series production, we are recruiting a Deputy Project Quality Manager .

Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, you will contribute to ensuring the achievement of quality objectives for projects related to propulsion products and systems. You will be a key player in the quality management of developments during series production, the coordination of stakeholders, risk analysis, and the provision of effective monitoring tools.

This position represents a unique opportunity for a young graduate to develop advanced skills in automotive quality , project management , risk management and problem-solving methods , at the heart of a stimulating technical environment.

Job duties

• Prepare and follow quality advice for developments and make parts official.
• Ensure that quality objectives are taken into account with internal teams and suppliers.
• Analyze risks, address non-conformities and monitor corrective actions.
• Build KPIs, dashboards and quality summaries.
• Provide methodological support to project teams.
• Participate in customer satisfaction surveys.

Your profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive quality and product design.
• My knowledge of Excel (TCD, VBA), PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Problem-solving skills (8D, FMEA).
• Analytical mind, ability to persuade, good communication skills.
• Sense of planning, adaptability and cross-functional teamwork
