Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all on-site project activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review and approve work schedules, method statements, and technical submittals. Ensure projects are delivered within the defined timeline and budget. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports. Identify potential risks or delays and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Verify quantities, review invoices, and certify completed work. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
