Job Description
Join the fast-paced world of Dubai property with Quadspire Real Estates. We're looking for driven individuals ready to close deals and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties

Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms on behalf of clients

Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and developments

Collaborate with listing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications

Strong sales background with a minimum of 2 years closing experience; Dubai real estate knowledge is a plus

RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of off-plan and ready properties

Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus
