Job Summary:

• Conduct thorough security checks at entry and exit points to ensure the safety of all personnel and assets.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities or incidents immediately to the security team.
• Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, ensuring that they adhere to security protocols while feeling welcomed.
• Perform regular patrols of the premises, identifying potential security risks and addressing them proactively.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches, coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for future reference and incident reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures tailored to the specific environment.
• Train and mentor junior security staff to uphold high standards of vigilance and professionalism.
• Foster a friendly yet authoritative presence that instills confidence among employees and visitors alike.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest security practices and technologies.

The Lady Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and visitors. She will perform access control, surveillance, and emergency response duties while adhering to PSBD (Private Security Business Department) regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Access Control:
   Monitor entry/exit points, verifying identities and authorizing access.
   Maintain logs of visitors, staff, and deliveries.
2. Surveillance & Patrolling:
   Conduct regular patrols (on foot or via CCTV) to deter unauthorized activities.
   Report suspicious behavior, incidents, or breaches.
3. Customer Service:
   Assist visitors with directions and inquiries professionally.
   Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and tactfully.
4. Emergency Response:
   Respond to alarms, medical emergencies, or fire incidents promptly.
   Follow evacuation protocols if required.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
   Ensure compliance with PSBD guidelines and company SOPs.
   Document daily activities and submit incident reports.
6. Special Assignments:
   Provide security for female-specific areas (e.g., search duties in women’s sections).
   Escort female staff/visitors if needed.

Requirements:

• Valid PSBD license (mandatory).
• Minimum high school diploma; security training certification preferred.
• Prior experience as a security guard (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to stand/patrol for long hours.
• Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic knowledge of firefighting and first aid (training provided if needed).

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based (day/night rotations, weekends, or holidays as required).
• May involve exposure to challenging weather conditions.
