Public Relation Officer Mirzam Chocolate llc

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all government-related procedures and ensure smooth processing of documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID

✔ Submit and track applications through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, Tas’heel, Amer, and other portals

✔ Handle medical tests, labor contracts, establishment card, and company licensing

✔ Liaise with government authorities and service centers

✔ Maintain proper records and update HR on document expiry dates and regulatory changes

Requirements:

� 2–4 years PRO experience in the UAE

� Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration procedures

� Good communication and document management skills

� Valid UAE driving license
