الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies for MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and Electrical materials.

  2. Source reliable suppliers and subcontractors within the UAE market.

  3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.

  4. Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), subcontracts, and material approvals.

  5. Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Stores, and Finance departments.

  6. Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

  7. Monitor inventory levels and control procurement costs.

  8. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.

  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and UAE regulations.

  10. Handle claims, discrepancies, and supplier disputes professionally.

  11. Support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement within MEP / Construction industry in UAE.

  3. Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing materials.

  4. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

  5. Familiar with UAE suppliers, logistics, and documentation.

  6. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.

  7. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.

  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.


Preferred

  • Experience in Abu Dhabi projects.

  • Knowledge of Civil Defence / ADDC / ADQCC approvals.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
