We’re Hiring at YSA electricity and houseing trading llc – Dubai is looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage procurement and shipment follow-ups with suppliers from China and Italy, handle logistics, and ensure smooth delivery of goods. � Responsibilities Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers in China & Italy Manage shipping processes and negotiate good freight prices Handle contracts, invoices, and shipment payment methods Track shipments (air & sea) and ensure timely arrival Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents Update records and manage operations using Odoo ERP Maintain communication with suppliers and report shipment status � Requirements Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written) Strong computer skills (laptop/desktop) Experience using Odoo program Knowledge of international shipping & procurement Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to follow up professionally with suppliers.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings against company needs.

Manage supplier relationships by monitoring performance and resolving any issues to maintain smooth operations.

Analyze purchasing data and trends to make informed decisions that align with company goals and budgets.
