QA/QC Manager

Qualification:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline
Professional certifications in quality management (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) are preferred


Experience:
20+ years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction or engineering projects
Proven experience managing QA/QC teams on large-scale projects
Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations


Requirements:
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and codes
Inspection and audit skills
Report writing and documentation
Leadership and team management
Problem-solving and corrective action implementation
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
