QC Engineer – Final Inspection for Kizad - Abu Dhabi Taurani Holdings LLC

Ensure PPE’s (safety shoes, Helmet & Ear plug/mask (as applicable)) are worn at all times while in the factory.

Monitor the sample castings in all stages and ensure the Quality requirements.

Do the dimension inspection of all samples and record the weight of casting. Keep the track of sample castings and maintain the records.

Ensure the calibration of all measuring instruments.

Prepare the final inspection reports and get approval from Head Quality.

Carry out the visual inspection & Coating thickness and ensure defective castings are segregated and either reworked or if not in usable condition, REJECT them. If required consult the manager if the quantity is huge.

Prepare and review the load testing test reports as per ITP and as per BSI Kite mark testing requirement.

Co-ordinate for the FAT inspection and keep the signed reports.

Responsible for the EXPORT customer dimension and document maintenance.

Check assembly of the cover/frame wherever applicable ensure NON-ROCKING before final clearance.

Ensure all castings are as per customer requirement and clear the castings for dispatch.

Perform the final visual inspection and coating thickness for all castings and provide dispatch clearance.

Dimensional confirmation for all the castings to be ensured with proper reports.

Ensure all documents are delivered along with castings.

Track of customer complaints is to be monitored and ensure the corrective actions are implemented against each delivery.

Ensure products meets the customer requirements, PO, drawings before final dispatch clearance.

Prepare daily rejection report and ensure the rejected castings are not processed.

Prepare the monthly rejection report with summary and provide for Head QHSE review.

Submit all documents to customer including MTC wherever applicable/required.

Support during QMS 9001 audit and KITEMARK Audits.
