الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Oversee and manage mechanical quality control inspections for Aramco projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical equipment, piping systems, and related components, verifying compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
  • Review and approve mechanical inspection reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of findings.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Investigate and resolve mechanical quality issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and Aramco representatives on mechanical quality matters.
  • Develop and implement mechanical quality control procedures, inspection plans, and checklists.
  • Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring mechanical integrity.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Aramco standards, industry codes, and best practices related to mechanical quality control.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as ASNT Level II or equivalent in NDT methods, and Aramco approval.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical quality control within the oil and gas industry, preferably with Aramco projects.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of Aramco standards, international codes (ASME, API, etc.), and quality control procedures.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in supervising QC personnel.
