• Design and implement a quality awareness program
• Evaluate the cost of non-conformities
• Supervise or perform quality control of incoming/outgoing products
• Organize and monitor the management of documentation and document monitoring.
• To verify the conformity of deliverables from suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.

Support Technique :

• Provide technical support for installations and their evolution to clients
• Inform customers of any technical problems identified and any modifications and repairs to be made
• Analyze the technical problems encountered by the client and their constraints
• To determine the technical solutions and recommendations and communicate them to the clients
• Provide training on the company's new products and support teams and clients
• Develop technical documentation and make it available to clients
• Updating databases of questions and answers, knowledge, and practical technical solutions
• To guide and transmit complex technical problems from specialists (studies, research, maintenance, etc.)
