QHSE / HSE Engineer Automotive

Reporting to the project teams and interfacing with operations, you will be involved in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE/QHSE) issues in an automotive industrial environment.

You actively contribute to risk prevention , regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of working conditions and environmental performance .

Main missions

Health, Safety & Risk Prevention

• Identify and assess occupational risks (DUERP, risk analyses)
• Analyze incidents/accidents and manage corrective actions (5 Whys, root cause analysis)
• Deploy prevention plans and monitor their effectiveness
• Ensure HSE regulatory compliance on site
• Participate in the management of PPE, authorizations and safety training

Syst me de management & conformit

• Contribute to the maintenance of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001 systems
• Conduct internal audits and monitor action plans
• Update the HSE documentation and associated procedures
• Monitor HSE indicators (safety and environmental KPIs)

Environment & Continuous Improvement

• Managing environmental actions (waste, impacts, compliance)
• Participate in continuous improvement processes (5S, PDCA, Kaizen)
• Contributing to the reduction of risks and non-conformities

Coordination & communication

• To act as a liaison with internal teams and service providers
• Participate in HSE meetings and internal bodies
• Ensure clear and structured reporting of actions
