Quality Management & Controls

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

• Assist in integrating quality requirements with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

• Prepare, review, and control QHSE procedures, forms, work instructions, and records.

• Participate in internal audits, follow up on non-conformities, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Monitor QHSE performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.

• Support inspections, process monitoring, and compliance activities across plant operations.

• Promote continuous improvement in quality and operational practices.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Implement and monitor HSE procedures, safe systems of work, and site safety requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), toolbox talks, and safety inductions.

• Carry out routine site inspections, compliance checks, and safety observations.

• Report, investigate, and follow up on incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and client HSE requirements.

• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and safety awareness programs.

• Monitor the proper use of PPE and safe chemical handling practices within operations.

Chemical Industry Compliance

• Ensure safe handling, storage, labeling, and usage of chemicals in line with applicable requirements.

• Support compliance related to chemical manufacturing, blending, storage, and transfer operations.

• Maintain SDS/MSDS records and assist in chemical hazard communication and control.

• Monitor housekeeping, spill prevention, waste handling, and environmental protection measures within the plant.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with operations, production, maintenance, warehouse, and management teams on QHSE matters.

• Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, reports, inspection records, and training records.

• Assist during client inspections, external audits, certification audits, and regulatory visits.

• Support management in achieving QHSE objectives and maintaining compliance culture across the facility.
