The QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards within facility management operations. The role involves implementing QHSE policies, conducting inspections, managing risks, and ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with UAE health & safety regulations and company standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across facilities.

• Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

• Monitor and report QHSE performance metrics.

• Conduct incident/accident investigations and prepare reports.

• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams on QHSE matters.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all sites.

• Support ISO standards implementation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
