To review and update the company HSE policy and its implementation.

To recommend, promote and arrange approved safety training and instructions on accident prevention, HSE program, Fire precaution, First Aid and arrange the supply of adequate PPE material as per company /client policy.

To investigate minor and serious accidents and repeated hazards to determine courses and make recommendations where necessary to prevent recurrence and to improve the safety performance within the Company.

Conducting safety audit at stipulated time intervals and also conducting risk assessments and identify risk.

To check the internal audit on daily site safety report, scaffolding inspection. Daily machinery report, tower & mobile crane load test certificate reports, first aid records, tool box talks, induction training, work permit and follow up the employees for the proper PPE.

To report to project manager and have open communication with senior line management to foreman level to manage and lead the safety and medical clinic teams to achieve the zero accident record without any lost time injury and to achieve all site safety objectives and preparing monthly HSE reports.

Conducting safety meeting with all sub contractors. To fulfill the safety evaluations which are planned prioritized, organized and controlled to ensure compliance to project procedures and best practices.
