Quality Assurance & Compliance Engineer

You play a key role in ensuring product reliability and preventing risks.

Your main responsibilities:

• Technical analysis & non-conformity management
  • Identify, analyze and address product/process non-conformities
  • Investigate field incidents that have a security or customer impact
  • Conducting root cause analyses (RCA, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
• Managing corrective actions
  • Define and monitor corrective and preventive action plans
  • Ensuring their effectiveness over time (QRQC, PDCA)
  • Coordinate the various stakeholders involved (production, engineering, suppliers)
• Project quality & continuous improvement
  • Monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and analyze deviations
  • Implement continuous improvement actions
  • Contributing to process robustness and defect reduction
• Conformit r glementaire & normative
  • Ensuring product compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Apply the quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Participate in internal and external audits
• Coordination & communication
  • To act as the interface with client teams and internal stakeholders
  • Working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Ensure clear and structured reporting
