Quality Control Inspector/Officer SHJ, ENVIRONMENT CO, LLC - BEE'AH

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining of Quality Management System including Customer Satisfaction to ensure effectiveness for continual improvement.

Accountabilities: Implement and maintain all the required documentation in compliance with the International standard ISO 9001:2015, Client specifications and statutory/regulatory requirements. Analysis of Quality, Risk and Asset management Objectives and Customer complaints/feedback to help the organization fulfill its commitment towards continual improvement. Arrange and conduct Management Review Meeting to discuss audit findings; advising management with Corrective/Preventive actions and recommend opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure. Regularly follow up and report on the implementation of environmental aspects within the company and other related compliances. Provide value-added advice and support for the modification of policies, manuals, procedures, processes and services to ensure an appropriate level of internal control and compliance are maintained. Liaison with Certification Bodies to obtain certification, re-certification and during surveillance audits. Periodically review compliance to all applicable standards to ensure maintain the effectiveness of the management systems. Conduct periodical site inspections to monitor and inspect compliance of service delivery as per approved quality inspection manual that aims to achieve and maintain high standard. Conduct monthly meetings with Operations to discuss site inspection findings and suggest corrective actions for quality improvement. Prepare and submit all the quality related reports on regular basis. Schedule and conduct Quality related trainings including Induction to the workforce adherence to QMS. Assist QHSE manager for design, develop and implementation of QHSE integrated management system. Performs work activities in different shift timings, as per the requirements, including night shifts when required. Health & Safety Responsible to ensure that required induction has been conducted for the employees. Responsible for all HSSE matters relevant to their jobs and will be accountable to their respective Manager for these matters. They shall ensure that the HSSE policy and standards are laid out to all operational personnel and relevant subcontractors. All requirements of the HSSE Management System are implemented in so far as they affect their area of responsibility. All statutory and client safe systems of work are always fully complied with. Staff under their control is aware of the actions required in the event of an emergency. Staff under their control fully understands their responsibilities for health, safety and the protection of the environment. Equipment is maintained in a safe state and good working condition and ensures that any defects are reported and corrected. Set a clear leadership example in the promotion of high standards of health, safety and environmental awareness. All accidents/incidents are reported and investigated, and corrective action implemented. All work areas under their control are kept clean and tidy and all emergency routes and safe areas are always unobstructed.
