الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Ensure quality control of raw materials, products in process and finished products, in order to guarantee compliance with physico-chemical, microbiological and hygienic standards.
  • Perform physico-chemical and microbiological analyses on raw materials, products in process of manufacture and finished products.
  • To verify product compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in the development and updating of quality procedures and protocols.
  • Write up analysis reports and archive the results for monitoring and traceability.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Collaborating with production departments to ensure product quality and safety

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Advanced training in food industries, biology, chemistry or other fields related to quality control.
  • Proven experience in a quality control laboratory, with physico-chemical and microbiological analyses.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and quality procedures.
  • Rigour, organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Resident in or near Nac ria.
  • Workplace : Boumerdes Province , Nac ria municipality
