Quality laboratory technician

Main responsibilities:

• Perform analyses on raw materials (physicochemical and/or microbiological)
• Control the quality of these materials at each stage of the production process (physicochemical and/or microbiological)
• Perform analyses of products during manufacturing (physicochemical and/or microbiological)
• Perform analyses of dry and wet finished products (physicochemical and/or microbiological)
• Prepare the necessary solutions for laboratory work
• Clean the equipment used and the workstation
• Clean, fine-tune, adjust and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Interpret and verify the conformity of the results
• Alerting the various stakeholders about the anomalies and non-conformities observed in order to remedy the noted deficiencies
• Record the results and write analysis reports
• Ensuring traceability: identification of prepared solutions, identification of samples for preservation, etc.
• Propose solutions in case of anomalies
• Participating in the development of new analytical methods
• Perform self-monitoring analyses according to group standards
• Ensure stability and reproducibility testing
• Record and compile test results, prepare reports.
• Analyze test results to classify products or compare them to predefined standards.
