We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to lead, develop, review, implement, and continuously improve our Quality Management System in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management principles and practices, problem-solving, and process improvement, ensuring that our organization consistently meets regulatory requirements and delivers high-quality products and services. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, conduct audits, manage risks, and train staff on quality principles.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company s QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and other applicable industry standards.

Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to established standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product/service quality and regulatory compliance.

Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions to address quality issues.

Oversee the non-conforming material process, including investigation, resolution, and implementation of corrective measures.

Act as the primary point of contact for external audits and assessments and prepare documentation to support audit findings and compliance.

Provide training and support to staff on quality management principles, practices, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management within an engineering consultancy environment, leading QMS initiatives and maintaining compliance with ISO standards.

Proven leadership skills in managing quality teams, with effective communication and interpersonal skills across teams, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor/Implementer is a must. Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, ASQ or equivalent are highly desirable.

Membership in CQI and IRCA is an asset.

Excellent English Language Skills (both written and spoken).

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
