Implement quality checkpoints across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages.
Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with tech packs and approved samples.
Supervise and verify quality of outsourced production.
Resolve quality problems quickly to prevent production stoppage.
Coordinate with planning, technical, and production teams on defects and corrective actions.
Prepare daily inspection summaries and weekly quality reports.
Train supervisors and line checkers on quality standards and SOPs.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3 5 years experience in garment quality control (shirts, suits, or similar preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of garment construction and measurement tolerances.
- Experience handling both internal and subcontracted production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in quality forms, Excel, and ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
