We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong analytical and commercial skills to manage costing, BOQs, estimates, and project financials for modular and steel-based projects. What You’ll Do • Costing & BOQs • Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities for steel and modular structures. • Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and ongoing cost control. • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparisons. • Commercial Management • Assist with technical–commercial proposals and variation orders. • Prepare progress payment certificates, variation claims, and final accounts. • Coordination & Review • Review drawings for quantity verification and compliance. • Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
• Degree/Diploma in QS, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. • 3–5 years UAE experience (modular/steel projects preferred). • Strong AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation software knowledge. • Familiarity with UAE construction standards and FIDIC.
