Job Title: Real Estate & Property Manager

Department: Real Estate / Asset Management

Reports To: Chairman


Role Purpose


The Real Estate Manager oversees the full performance of a diversified commercial and residential property portfolio. This role drives leasing, facilities, administration, brokerage, and revenue growth—ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained, and generating optimal returns through proactive strategies and innovative ideas.


Key Responsibilities


Portfolio & Leasing

  • Lead leasing and admin across commercial and residential properties for smooth operations.

  • Manage occupancy, maintenance, rent collection, and owner updates on KPIs/financials.

  • Track leases, advise on rents, handle renewals/terminations, and conduct rent reviews.


Facilities & Vendor Management

  • Maintain amenities (pools, grounds) to health/safety standards.

  • Negotiate contracts for janitorial, security, landscaping, waste services—ensuring quality and value.

  • Monitor contractors, procure supplies, supervise teams, and resolve tenant issues fast.


Revenue & Growth

  • Drive commercial and residential leasing/brokerage: Source tenants, negotiate high-value deals, leverage networks to max occupancy/income.

  • Boost yields via premium upsells, lease optimization, ancillary streams (parking/events).

  • Propose data-driven enhancements/repositioning for higher asset value.

  • Ensure UAE compliance; maintain accurate records.

  • Handle Chairman-directed projects.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Real Estate, Business, Facilities Management (or equivalent).

  • Proven expertise in commercial/residential leasing, facilities, brokerage, revenue generation.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai markets, tenancy laws, contracts.

  • Success managing teams/contractors and closing deals.

  • Mandatory: Valid RERA certification for UAE compliance.


Skills & Competencies

  • Leadership, stakeholder communication, analytics.

  • Commercial acumen: brokerage, negotiation, forecasting.

  • Innovative mindset for revenue/occupancy growth.

  • MS Office, property/CRM software proficiency.

    • 10–15+ years of experience in UAE real estate investment and brokerage.

    • Proven leadership of sales teams and brokerage operations.

    • Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai Land Department processes.

    • Demonstrated track record in high-value transactions.

    • Strong financial modelling and investment analysis capability.

    • Executive presence with Board reporting experience.

    • Consistently turning properties into strong income-generating assets while driving sustainable growth.
