Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve sales and leasing targets.
• Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, client acquisition, and market presence.
• Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members skills and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all team members, resolving any client issues when necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in Dubai.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Licence: Valid UAE real estate broker licence (mandatory).
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and real estate software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai s real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Arabic, Russian, or Hindi) are an advantage.
