Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
TASA Gulf Industry LLC is a premier manufacturer and supplier of high-purity Copper Cathodes based in Dubai Industrial City, United Arab Emirates. Established to meet the growing global demand for reliable copper products, we specialize in producing Grade A Copper Cathodes (99.99% Cu content) Non registered / Non branded that conform to London Metal Exchange (LME) standards. Our state-of-the-art facility in Dubai Industrial City is equipped with advanced refining and casting technology, enabling us to achieve consistent product quality and efficient production output. This strategic location positions us at the heart of one of the UAE’s largest industrial hubs, providing seamless logistics and global connectivity to Asia, Europe, Africa, and beyond .
We are looking for a “Office Assistant / Office Girl”. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to perform the below tasks:
Administrative Support
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
Maintain and manage records, both paper and electronic.
Office Organization
Maintain cleanliness of the offices.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, order pantry and cleaning supplies when necessary.
Making and serving coffee/tea/water to guests/clients.
Arrange for maintenance and repair as needed.
Communication and Customer Service
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Answer inquiries and provide information to callers and visitors.
Handle basic customer service inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
Filing and Documentation
Organize and file important documents and records.
Retrieve and provide documents as needed.
Assist in managing the flow of information within the office.
Reception and Front Desk Duties
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Experience, skills and qualification:

· Proven work experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Professional presentation always.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Energetic with a positive can do attitude
· Dubai / UAE minimum: 1 - 2 years (Required)
European / British or CIS nationality preferred .
