Recruitment Officer


As part of the development of our international recruitment unit based in Tunis, we are recruiting a Recruitment Officer dedicated to engineering and industrial professions.

In this context, you will be asked to:

  • Write and publish the ads.
  • Conducting sourcing activities and telephone pre-selections
  • Write up the interview reports
  • Feed the defined pools of recurring offers
  • Update the ATS and monitor its indicators

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Education: Diploma (m/e) of a Bac+3 Bac+5 in Human Resources or Management.

  • Experience: You have a proven track record of success in international recruitment .
  • Languages: Perfect mastery of French and English
  • Tools: Proficiency with digital tools and confirmed mastery of Excel .
  • You like working in a team and being challenged.
  • You are proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and have developed a curiosity for engineering professions.
  • You are a tenacious and organized individual with a drive to successfully complete complex and strategic recruitment for our Group. You are results-oriented and known for your closing skills, so don't hesitate to send us your CV!
