We are looking for experienced Male/Female Staff Nurses to join our medical team at an industrial site in Duqm, Oman (OQ8 Project). The role involves providing occupational health services, emergency care, and general nursing support for employees working in a remote oil & gas industrial environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical experience, emergency response capability, and knowledge of occupational health practices applicable to industrial workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and first aid to employees at the industrial site.
• Handle medical emergencies and trauma cases until referral or evacuation.
• Assist in occupational health programs, health assessments, and workplace medical surveillance.
• Maintain medical records, incident reports, and treatment documentation.
• Monitor employee health conditions and provide basic medical treatment and advice.
• Support emergency response procedures and medical evacuation coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and occupational health standards.
• Work effectively in remote industrial locations and coordinate with onsite safety teams.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 2 Morning + 2 Night Nurses (Total 4 positions)
• Working Hours: 10 12 hours + On-Call
• Weekly Off: 1 day per week
