What we offer
Your salary is a tax free all-inclusive salary! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client for either 2 or 3 years. They offer 30 days annual paid sleave and annual study leave depending on your position. Your salary can be increased by their commission scheme if applicable. They cover healthcare insurance or treatment and provide you with a medical malpractice insurance and other benefits as per company policy.

Education & Qualifications:

• MBBS + Masters;
• MBBS + Masters + High qualification with no experience can get Senior Registrar License;
• At least 3 years of Experience;
• Locally available

Description
In this role, you are responsible for managing patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring that all emergency protocols are followed. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and triage of patients presenting to the emergency department.
• Manage and treat a wide range of emergency medical conditions.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and interns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and emergency protocols.
• Participate in continuous medical education and training programs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records.
• Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families during critical situations.
