strong>Pediatric Rehabilitation Program Coordinator Candidate Profile/strong>

strong>Experience/strong>

• strong>Minimum 7 years clinical rehabilitation experience/strong>, including strong>3 years in a leadership, coordination, or management role/strong> preferably within pediatric rehabilitation.

strong>Key Skills & Competencies/strong>

• Proven ability to lead strong>multidisciplinary pediatric rehabilitation programs/strong>.

• Strong strong>leadership/strong>, strong>team coordination/strong>, and strong>communication/strong> skills.

• Skilled in strong>LEAN quality improvement/strong>, strong>project management (PMP principles)/strong>, and strong>CAPEX/OPEX planning/strong>.

• Familiar with strong>international rehabilitation standards/strong>, strong>research methodology/strong>, and strong>rehabilitation technology integration/strong>.

• High computer literacy and strong>advanced English proficiency/strong>.
