Remote installation technician


In this role, you will be responsible for the remote installation and maintenance of software environments for our clients, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

  • Perform remote installations of user environments and associated software for clients.
  • Prepare and configure the hardware and software for client workstations.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to resolve problems.
  • Manage and prioritize the remote service queue to ensure efficient execution
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of user environments in order to keep them in optimal condition.
  • Answering customer questions and providing advice on product use.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery and the knowledge base.
  • monitor computer systems and alert mechanisms in order to identify and isolate malfunctions
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols on clients' networks
  • Document installation processes and contribute to the improvement of procedures.

  • Mastery of French
  • Advanced technical knowledge, particularly regarding Exchange server management and messaging technologies
  • Proven experience with remote installation software and tools
  • My mastery of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • You are customer-oriented and committed to providing exceptional service.
  • Technical diploma in computer science or a related field (preferably)
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are an asset.
