Description:

1- Conduct site surveys and solar resource assessments for rooftop and ground-mounted projects.

2- Prepare technical proposals, preliminary designs, BOQs, and yield estimations.

3- Support business development with technical inputs for tenders and client discussions.

4- Support Engineering team in preparation of detailed electrical and structural designs for rooftop and medium-scale ground-mounted PV systems.

5- Ensure compliance with SEC grid requirements, local authority regulations, and international standards.

6- Evaluate and select PV modules, inverters, structures, and monitoring systems.

7- Support EPC tendering, evaluation of subcontractors, and technical vendor selection.

8- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and oversee installation quality.

9- Provide on-site technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning.

10- Ensure HSE standards are met during project execution.

11- Support development of monitoring strategies for performance optimization.

12- Maintain as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

13- Build knowledge and technical capability in BESS, hybrid systems, hydrogen, and small wind applications.

14- Stay updated with new renewable technologies and standards.

Requirements

Special training, technology use, and language skills:

1- Technical Knowledge in electrical systems, renewable energy& solar components.

2- Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools

3- Solar PV system design (grid-tied, rooftop, ground-mounted).

4- SEC/Shamsi Solar Certification.

5- Project Management:PMP.

6- Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.

COMPETENCIES:

1Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.

2Design and model PV systems using industry-standard software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope).

3Support Engineering team to create detailed engineering plans and technical documentation.

4Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

5Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulations.

6Monitor performance and support maintenance of installed systems.

7Practical experience with rooftop and ground-mounted PV design and installation.
