Communication & Brand Image

  • Develop and implement the annual communication plan in line with the hotel's overall strategy.

  • Define and guarantee the graphic charter and visual identity of the establishment.

  • Design print and digital communication materials (brochures, posters, newsletters, etc.).

  • Supervise promotional photo and video shoots.

Public Relations & Press

  • Develop and maintain a network of journalists, influencers, bloggers and institutional partners.

  • Write and distribute press releases.

  • Organize press events, VIP visits, exclusive partnerships and press trips.

  • Manage media requests and monitor press coverage.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and engage with social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with consistent, engaging content aligned with the hotel's image.

  • Managing digital campaigns (SEO, SEA, email campaigns, digital partnerships, display advertising).

  • Analyze performance (Google Analytics, social networks, campaign ROI) and optimize actions.

  • Ensure the website is regularly updated and performs well (UX/UI, SEO, content).

Internal Communication

  • Develop internal communication tools and channels.

  • To value staff initiatives and strengthen corporate culture.

  • Supporting management in disseminating strategic messages.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in communication, marketing, public relations or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality, tourism or a high-end lifestyle sector.

Technical skills

  • Excellent command of communication tools (Adobe Suite, CMS, CRM, digital reporting tools).
  • Good knowledge of storytelling, branding and digital marketing techniques.
  • Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written).
