Within the framework of the company's industrial policy, the Methods & Industrialization Manager oversees the industrialization of shop floor assembly, cleaning, inspection, and repair procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality/cost/delivery objectives.

Manages the implementation, setup and validation (FAI) of all the resources needed to carry out maintenance work.

Missions:

• Ensuring product maintainability and repairability through concurrent engineering
• Managing the team by setting up all the necessary resources for the assembly, cleaning, inspection, or repair of parts or modules
• Coordinate the industrialization pilot team and ensure the completion of deliverables for the industrialization phase (validation, amendment, capacity list, DVM, DVR)
• To guarantee the definition of the range and the choice of the required means
• identify the necessary investments and manage their implementation
• Guarantee the FTY, current costs and cycle times
• Define the industrialization plan applicable in the workshop, according to the processes and resources available in the workshops.
