Main Responsibilities:
Customer ServiceGreet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively
Sales & TargetsAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Promote products, offers, and promotions to increase sales
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Product KnowledgeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and features
Explain product benefits, specifications, and usage clearly
Store PresentationEnsure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked
Arrange displays according to company standards
Monitor product expiry dates (if applicable)
Inventory ManagementCheck stock levels and report shortages
Assist in stock receiving and inventory counts
Ensure proper storage of products
Cash HandlingProcess payments (cash, card, etc.) accurately
Issue receipts and manage billing systems
Team CollaborationWork closely with team members and supervisors
Support store operations and daily tasks
Compliance & DisciplineFollow company policies and procedures
Maintain punctuality, grooming, and professional behavior
