Animation & Coaching: Training in the classroom and coaching in the store (on the ground) to improve individual and collective performance.

Product Expertise: Transmitting technical knowledge: materials (leather), construction, comfort, maintenance, and fashion trends.

Customer Loyalty: Learn to identify needs, advise on suitable products (morphology) and make additional sales (accessories, maintenance).

Monitoring & evaluation: assess skills, ensure post-training follow-up and analyze the impact on business indicators (KPIs).

Sales techniques: Mastery of Retail techniques, consultative selling, and cash register management.

Footwear Expertise: In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing and shoe fashion.
