Job Overview In-Room Dining and Guest Service
As a Room Service Attendant, you will deliver food and beverages to guest rooms while maintaining high levels of cleanliness, accuracy, and hospitality. You will work closely with the Room Service, Front Office, and Guest Relations teams to ensure efficient service and positive guest experiences. The role involves preparation, delivery, complaint resolution, and minibar monitoring in accordance with Accor brand standards.

What You ll Do

* Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and accurately as per service standards
* Answer guest queries regarding the room service menu with confidence and courtesy
* Ensure all minibars are restocked with non-expired items and monitored daily
* Prepare mise-en-place for 24-hour room service operations
* Handle guest complaints professionally or escalate to the Room Service Manager as needed
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the room service menu, specials, and hotel policies
* Attend regular departmental training and daily briefings
* Communicate clearly during shift handovers and maintain guest-related confidentiality
* Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
* Follow hygiene, grooming, and uniform guidelines strictly
* Assist in other areas of the hotel if required by operational needs

Ideal Profile Service-Focused and Organized

* Diploma or vocational qualification in hospitality preferred
* 0 1 year experience in hotel operations; freshers are welcome to apply
* Strong communication skills and ability to speak clearly and politely with guests
* Basic knowledge of room service etiquette and safe food handling
* Professional grooming and personal hygiene required at all times
* Committed to delivering quality service and working collaboratively
* Familiarity with HACCP standards and willingness to learn internal SOPs
* Able to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
