Supervise rope access technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations, nurturing a team of skilled and motivated professionals.

Inspect and maintain rope access equipment, including ropes, harnesses, and anchors, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition and fit for purpose.
Operations and Project Management Full engineering and field supervision of the project lifecycle. Strategic project planning, schedule management, and guidance of work teams to ensure the highest efficiency in execution. Management of project operating budgets and ensuring targeted profitability. Monitoring daily progress rates and comparing them to the schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
