Key Responsibilities Solution Implementation & Customization

• Deploy, configure, and customize RSA Archer solutions based on business and client requirements.

• Ensure implementations align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Use Case Expertise

• Demonstrate in-depth, hands-on experience in at least two RSA Archer use cases.

• Manage configurations, workflows, calculations, questionnaires, and reporting to deliver complete solutions.

Client Collaboration & Advisory

• Work closely with clients and internal project teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Provide advisory support on maximizing the value of RSA Archer capabilities.

Documentation & Training

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.

• Support knowledge transfer and end-user enablement sessions.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to RSA Archer configurations and integrations.

• Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and timely resolution of incidents.

Qualifications & Skills Education

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or Business.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration.

• Familiarity with scripting and technical concepts such as JavaScript, XML, or similar technologies is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in client-facing and cross-functional environments.
